Since I have better models, I thought why not. Feel free to download each image to your phone by right-click/long press and use them as your phone wallpaper.
These models have been shot from some exotic locations such as Bangalore, Bhitarkanika, Chiplun, Sattal, Bharatpur, Lake Naivasha, and Masai Mara.
The PDF version is here.
Update: Due to multiple requests, print version of this is available now. Do fill this form if you’d like to buy a copy for yourself or for gifting.
Update 2: Times of India decided to join the bandwagon. I was not contacted about this feature. I just happened to come across the article few days after they published it.

Thank you, Dr Sameer. There are 12 species in India alone. I have only managed 9 of them. The last 3 in this set are from Kenya. Across the globe, I think there are a little over 100 of them.

Dear Sandeep,
Excellent collection of exotic and HOT models as you mentioned. I too a fan of these models and could click 2 to 3 of them when they made their rare and quick appearance while in Maharashtra especially in chiplun and surroundings. Thanks to have it from my friend, may be he noticed Chiplun.
Thank you so much for the excellent calender deviating from the normal expectations for the bird watchers!!
I prefer the soft version and shall use it. Thanks a lot and best wishes to you

Nice to know. Fantastic idea and work. Keep it up. Best wishes
Loved these pics Sandeep. Have to mention about a great bird enthusiast , and medical doctor , who lives in Kodagu. His hand painted greeting cards are quite the rave all over the district . With his largesse , we had brought out a calendar for the year 2015 from Sainik school Kodagu. His illustrated book, Birds of Kodagu , chronicling the locations and habits of over 850 birds with sketches, is a collector’s item.
Thank you, Ben. That is so cool. I will try and get my hands on that book.
